How It Works

The CoreCoach consists of an air pillow connected to a pressure gauge. The biofeedback technology is simple. When the air pillow is placed under the lumbar spine the gauge will detect movement in the lumbar region. When the TVA is activated and contracted pressure will be applied to the air pillow and the needle on the gauge will rise. If your core is stable after activating your TVA, it will not move and the needle will be steady. If your core is not stable, then the needle will move indicating that you have room to strengthen your TVA using the CoreCoach exercises.
